Hida Takayama Onsen
Takayama Onsen is located in Hida-Takayama, which is a popular tourist destination known as “Little Kyoto”, and is near the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Historic Villages of Shirakawa-go and Gokayama”. A type of high-class Japanese cattle (wagyu) beef called “Hida Beef” is a local specialty. With a quaint atmosphere reminiscent of the Edo Period, it’s a delight to walk through the old townscape.
